As such, familiarise yourself with policies and regulations potentially related to your area of work.

Employees have the right to vocalise matters of public concern. Nothing in this Code or in any Company policy is intended to limit or interfere with your rights to the freedom of expression under our constitution.

Employees are expected to uphold themselves as respectful and honourable people. The workplace is a professional and conducive environment that relies on smooth interactions for maximum efficiency. Therefore, employees should mitigate and avoid all conflict to the best of their ability. Everyone bears the right to form their own opinions and we must be respectful of that. This extends to anyone you may work with, including co-workers.

Prejudice of any form is strictly unacceptable. Nexus frequently interacts with people from all walks of life. Just because we do not understand something does not grant us the right to act against it. The world thrives on diversity.
